Hopefully never, as the day you do is the day you put the boat up for sale.

As far as loading goes, driving the boat on or pulling it on with a bowline both were greatly simplified just by adding these guide bunks. I made mine from brackets found on etrailer and pieces of HDPE horse fence. Works like a charm.

Oh.... I thought you were going to say
Drive down the highway with rudders and motor down and mast up
Fill the gas tank with diesel
Sail in a gale with no ballast

Hi Lee.... I like that idea and may just steal....I mean borrow it for Dauntless's trailer. I have dual axles and would move it just in front of the front axle cause that's where I usually get out of line. Thanks. Ron

Dauntless.

It works well, I saw it here, but the HTPE board was my idea. I plan on dual axles too. Even if you completely botch the landing they just straighten her right up. Oh and that was bow line, maybe tied with a bowline.

We've sailed Grand, Tenkiller, and Table Rock. Our favorite so far is Table Rock. We are thinking of sailing Texoma this summer.

Hey Lee, you should drive a little farther north of Table Rock and visit Stockton lake. It is continuously in the top 10 sailing lakes in the U.S.

It's on the list. The Admiral only likes to stay first cabin, which our little Mac doesn't have. We really like the Chateau on the Lake at Table Rock. Excellent service, atmosphere, private docks etc.

I looked that up. Chateau on the Lake at Table Rock
Spa and Convention Center. That would be the bait to get the admiral to sail there, for sure.
Roughing it in the Mac? - not so much.

Lol that's for sure. I'm working on her though guys. She's done back country backpacking in the Sierra when she was in college, and I've been telling her the Mac would be spa like compared to that! No go yet.
