Good morning everyone (here is day 12.30 am). Surely you do not remember me, I've written a few times (because of my bad English translated by google). I must say though that I read often and with great passion the pages of this forum because the Mac is still the dream. But now that the time drew near (maybe) to buy the Mac closes and no longer produces !!! This is a sad news for me also because I can not get interested in the new Tattoo. I have always loved wooden boats, but the last time we "feel" I do not have a motor boat but a 30 feeet sailing the 1949 I do not know how to put photos but I post the link of the work that I did it for refitting 4 years ago. Are you also sorry for the choice of Mr. Mac ... but it is a real news you know Italy is a country with a lot of "fancy" and I should not wonder if it was a lie. Well for now I stop writing I apologize for my laziness in doing so, I hope google makes it understandable that my thoughts and I wish you a good summer down here because we (Lecce, Apulia) is truly the best of the heat over 42 ° C. :P 8)
Hello to you soon.
Bob.

Thank you, but I try to sell now because I'm too tired to work and wooden boats, as you know, they need a lot of work. I hope to sell and buy a Mac 26 ... but now I do not build more, and as I wrote above, I do not love the tattoo!
greetings
Bob

... and as many of us know, Italian pizza is in a class of food all it's own. And nowhere is Italian pizza better than in Naples !

That is a beautiful boat you have there. I'd love to own something like that but I have neither the money, nor time to maintain something like that (not to mention the fact that I'm a lazy B).

Why don't you like the Tattoo Bob? Slap a bit of black gelcoat or paint on the top and you have a Mac. (but trust me, in 42 degrees Celsius, which we also get here, the black on the top is a right royal pain in the ass). (not sure what google translate will do with that expression).

You can even buy the Mac plates and replace the tattoo ones if you really want!

Solitario,

Welcome! My mother is from verbricaro and I have some happy childhood memories of that town and scalea.

If I ever get a chance to visit family I may have to stop by and check out your boat. Although, mi parla Italiano no bien. But I can work on that.
