Just rented a slip for three months at Regents Point Marina on the Rappahannock. In the event there are any Mac sailors in the area, Carol and I would enjoy meeting and hopefully doing some sailing together.

We are in Fredericksburg. Haven't tried the Rappahannock yet. We mostly sail on the Potomac and Chesapeake. Is this marina down near Reedsville? We are headed out on Tuesday to cruise Annapolis, St Michaels and the West River. Should be out till Saturday.

I'm planning on making my inaugural sail on the Potomac this Wednesday out of Leeslyvania State Park in Prince William County. Probably just head over to Tim's River Shore.

rszobel, are you upcreek of the bridges doing the mast lowering thing? We would love to launch on Aquia but don't want the hassle of messing with the rig once it is up.

No - I am downstream of rr bridge just on the other side at Aquia bay marina. I will talk with them to see if they would allow you to launch for a fee. I know that they have transient slips so maybe they would allow it.
