We are off for a 10 day cruise around W. Lake Ontario! This will be the longest time we have spent on a sailboat in our 10 years of sailing.

Hopefully, the winds will be kind to us. Admiral-gentle, and blowing in the right direction.

Hey which of you guys was out last night at 7 in your blue off the Cawthra Rd. Lakefront piers?

My buddy in his Sandpiper was checkin' you out while I had my head buried in my electrical panel.

I was in the lake Wednesday and Thursday but theres a blue slipped at the Lakeview Promenade Marina it was probably him. Met the guy last month, said he bought the last from Dowsar. He's just learning the ropes this summer.

I wonder if that's where the expression originated? Makes some sense, at least.

Sounds like fun. I'm new to all this and have yet to even do a one nighter, but I'm learning and will cruise to Catalina before too long.
