Could we have a Smiley Tag for a Macgregor 25? I don't see it on the side. Now, I know that the only Macgregor model in the Sailboat Hall of Fame won't be excluded from this, right? :)

Interesting, just looked at the interior layout of the M25 - with the exception of centerboard vs daggerboard, it is pretty much the same as my :macm: . http://sailboatdata.com/viewrecord.asp?class_id=66

I found the vendor at the Annapolis Sail Boat Show recently. Sailbaglady.com
Supplied the artwork and the $$$ - she did the rest (nicely).

Thanks. Our boat, Ilya, is named for a manatee we adopted through the Save the Manatee Club (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/10/3 ... 38829.html), so it seemed appropriate to use the avatar.

More importantly, who did you get to model for it?

Nice story in the link. Very important work.

Yeah - manatee, not dugong, I should have guessed...

Manatee- Atlantic Ocean; dugong- Pacific Ocean.

Good idea. I've filled out the avatar gallery with other Mac models, basically using the same template. If anybody has replacement suggestions for some models (like the 36 for example, and maybe Ventures), please post them and I can include them in the gallery.
