I'm a little too far away for a visit, but over the phone they are great. They know my :macx: better than I do, talk me through the solutions, make recommendations, and have never steered me wrong. Even if I knew of another place to get parts, I'd keep using BWY.

Yep, they do know :macx: they help out with a dilemma being a new owner and all.

BWY has great service. I bought my 2002 :macx: from them. They have been providing me with excellent service for 9 years now. They always have the parts I need for my 2000 Tohatsu 50 TLDI. They have done a great job servicing the motor as well.

Yes, I guess I'll have to add my own two cents worth. BWY is a real nice convenience here in the PNW, they have pretty much all the accessories we need with easy access. I spent a few dollars there with no regrets and will likely spend a few more. They are a first class act. :D

Bought my replacement smoked glass panels for my X from them... they were great to work with and the stuff arrived promptly. I'm a happy customer.

Made my first trip there yesterday, finally had a reason / excuse.

A few weeks ago I was rigging my :macx: , and just before raising the mast realized that the starboard shroud was just hanging there. The plastic spreader tip had broken off. Went into BWY yachts for a replacement and found that the new part is made out of metal. If you have the old plastic ones, might consider swapping them out at $9 apiece to avoid the hassle later.

You found the right place. The website is very difficult to navigate even if you know what you're doing. But it does function. A modern eCommerce website would be a welcome improvement.

I'm just glad that a place like BWY exists, since the factory seems to have zero interest in parts sales.

Yup their site sucks. Better off calling them direct and telling them what you want. Great help when you call.

I am very happy with BWY. I ordered a steering arm Mod for my 26M, it was of high quality and arrived within 10 days of order being sent to Mid-West Australia. Their payment system requires some upgrade, but it works
