I can put in April 1st but there are a few things I need to do before it hits the water. Just can't do them since my arm is in a cast from my wrist surgery. I'll probably get it out of storage, park it in the driveway and take the neighbors up on their offers to help get it ready. I may not be able to sail single handed but I will not let this injury keep me off the water!

Nice neighbors, send them over to my place when their finished with yours. As for when you're going to " put it in", remember once you get it in... leave it in. She (boat) will let you know when you can pull it out ! 8) :D :D

Enjoy your sailing season & get well soon !

Well....since I'll have everything fixed I won't need to pull out early. I can leave it in until I'm asked to pull it out. Maybe I can get a late leaver permit? Although pulling it out and putting in somewhere else is an option for some, I'm happy with where it is now.

Hello John, The blue hull :macm: is my slipmate. The owner is a Chicago Fireman. I'm sure you will meet him as you pass his boat on the way to your's.

Andersson, Keep that captain's hat handy. I am getting ready to launch at Hammond myself. You and John are welcome on the shakedown cruise (anyone else in the area as well.

There is another blue hull M further down our dock, we will have to draw him into our circle of friends.

Tom (no hat yet ) Milton
