My new ride

Post by delevi »

Greetings all. Long time since I checked in here. It has been a year now since I sold my :macm: A few months ago, I bought a 1999 Catalina 380.

I hope all of you are enjoying the summer sailing as much as I am.

Nearly did Stephen. It's been blowing like snot here, had 40 kts last weekend. 6800 lb keel does inspire some confidence :)

Yowza, does it have a 7' draft?

That is a beautiful boat but that draft is a deal breaker where I am located. I also really like Catalina and live right by the factory, it's a great tour if you get the chance.

The new 355 is simply gorgeous.

Fin keel with 7.5' draft as measured during the survey. Have to be careful with that but man does she point!
