Where to purchase round plastic hole covers for head liner??

I have been busy pulling cover plugs off my 26S headlining today in order to get cable pull-throughs in between the deck and head liner (shifting radios over to near the campanioway). Might end up making a mess of some of the round 1 1/2" and 3/4" cover plugs and just wondering if anyone knows where these covers can be purchased?

Hi Cruiser
do a search on the main site and you should find it has come up often... They are just a standard sort of plug found in homeware stores like bunnings...
Good to see a 26S in sunny BNE

Thanks David, yes the guys in the US talk about getting them from Home Depot and such so I assume Bunnings will have them OK. Just thought someone local may have purchased them before. Thanks for your help.
Seems to be a good collection of Xs and Ms in southern Qld now. Have even tracked down another 26 classic (a 26D) in Brisbane - will hopefully find some more over time. Did hear mention of a Mac 25 for sale some time back up the coast.
Went down to a local auction of a M65 recently - what a monster - would sure get the adrenalin going if running in heavy weather!. I was amazed to see how it just looked like an overgrown (considerably) 26S. Same type of look and lining inside - yes and even the above 'plugs' - mind you I could do with the bath, shower and spa in my 26.

Went down to the big B shed "we've got it, you try and find it" and spent a good hour + asking and looking around - all to no avail. Looks like I may have to order some from the US. At this stage I only want to get a few as spares. From a quick count there are about a dozen of the large ones and 4 dozen of the small ones in the liner, so odds on I will need to replace a few over time.

I have not been able to find rthem but saw a plastic pack of them already painted in the correct colour that someone had bought in from Blue Water Yachts in the States. They were apparently quite inexpensive and very light to ship by air.

We work in the auto/truck repair industry, I've asked all the suppliers I have access to, no one has anything like them in Oz.

Crikey did find some but slightly differnt size but for the life of me can't remember where but think I was in Darwin?, will try and think about it but on drugs for a nose and throat operation so might not work

know I do have a couple of much larger ones here, getting the paint colour was just as hard.

Blue Water Yachts in the States sells all your MacGregor parts especially all 5 sizes of the Liner Plugs, that were ever used in Venture and MacGregors. Sizes are 3/4, 7/8, 1 1/4, 1 1/2 and 2 inch. For the 26M, the liner plugs are tan. They used 7/8, 1 1/4, and 2 inch. Prices range from .25 to .75. Just email
gail@bwyachts.com and she will be happy to send them US Mail to you.

I'm thinking of making some hole covers out of heavy vinyl sticker material using a large wad punch, I only need a few so, by moving covers from the front sides to the long lines I'll have a couple of spares.
