bimini hits boom sheets

Post by Steve c »

I boughty a bimini last year from BWY. Set it up this weekend for the first time ,the boom sheets hit the bimini . I did a search and found no threads on this. I know I'm not the first???. What have other people done to fix this? Thanks Steve :macx:

I think almost everyone has moved the boom bail forward about 6 to 8 inches.

I was wondering why someone put a thru hole thru the boom 8 inches aft of the bail.
I still had to cut bottom of Bimini support post 5 inches so Boom would clear Close Hauled.
Must be a over streached Leech Main.
