Hi Guys.

I need some of your expert advice (god i can;t believe how much i creep sometimes).

I have an original Mac X trailer 1995 vintage.

What i need to know is, can you adjust the tow bit were it fits around the ball?

what i mean is, someimes my hitch can slip off me tow ball (thats sounds so painful!)

Also take into account that we have a 50mm tow ball and i think you guys over the pond have a slightly different size.

I keep my beloved Le'Tina on her trailer all week and slip her in and out at the weekends but once the tow hitch slipped off the tow ball on the club tractor and now they say until i change the hitch or the trailer they wont slip with the tractor for me.

Can anyone help??

Cheers in advance.

I'm too sure about the "definitely" bigger stuff as yours are less than .003 of an inch smaller and since ours come from China are's probably aren't up to the size we think they are :P .

I'm not sure how that hitch is made, but some types have an adjustment in there that you can do in a situation like what you are describing. Take a look,
