Buying New Trailer West Coast

My steel 1989 trailer is ready to move on to greener pastures. If anyone could recommend a trailer manufacturer out west for a MAC 26D, I'm all ears. I live in Las Vegas and not sure if buying a trailer in Florida would be the most cost effective with the added shipping costs. I saw someone here bought one from ABT in California but it looks a bit pricey. Budgeting up to $4000 if possible for an aluminum version, dual axle. Thanks Mike

That'sa bit high. The MacGregor aluminum trailer is only $2,990 with stainless disc brakes, fiberglass fenders etc. Also, perfect fit and 4,200 lbs GVW.
Mike
Opps, FL destination, freight and all. Anyway, shop around try "Magic-Tilt"

Yes, but isn't that a single axle???
This spring I bought a dual-axle aluminum trailer from Sandy who advertises on this site (Classifieds - equip & accessories - "new aluminum tandem trailers" )
I'm happy with mine - over 5900 lb capacity, all-alum, led lights, etc etc. You might email him to get specs.
I'm not sure if or what shipping charges would be, though. You may have to find something closer or go with the single axle if it's too much???

Bought my tandum aluminum trailer 8.5 ft. wide #5500lbs new here in Florida for $3000, I added front disk stainless steel brakes for $500 I installed. Much better built than the Mac. Aluminum trailers.
For your MacD they have a 8 ft. wide 4200 lbs for $2500 tandum. West Coast Trailers 941-698-9902, built by Continental.
Give them or Continental a call for shipping.

To Mike Inmon:
I think the original poster said that he lives in Las Vegas, not Florida.
If the bunks line up for a Mac 26D, I think the new aluminum trailer would be a very good choice.

Thanks everyone for your quick responses. I'll chase down all the leads. Getting scared trailering back and forth to Long Beach for some salt water sessions.
