Office Critter

I've got a critter living in my office that I can't identify. It looks like a bratwurst wearing a shiny dark brown mink coat. It's not a mouse or a rat. I don't think it's a mole or a vole.
It comes out from behind my file cabinet, grabs a piece of cat food, runs back behind the file cabinet, and chews on it. My cat ignores it.
Any ideas?

Damn I love this site!!
How long is the sucker?
Just remember, we're higher on the food chain.
Most stuff tastes just like chicken, or just add "Franks Red Hot"
If not willing, freeze and ship to me.

If your cat ignores it, its either mutated cat or a Skunk..
Call the Animal rescue league, they have those harmless cage traps. They will catch it for you and gas it in private..or release it to the wild..

Bill, time for a little detective work. Here is an animal
scat chart
http://www.mspca.org/site/PageServer?pa ... whatanimal or
http://icwdm.org/Inspection/scat.asp or
http://www.terrierman.com/scatanswers.htm. Now you can get the scoop on the
poop, so to speak. And if it's not hurting anything other than stealing a little kitty kibble now and then, why not let it be. At least till it shows that it's going to morph into some man eating monster. Maybe it will be better than having the cat as a master, if you know what I mean.

It's a Chiapet!
Stop watering it. It will go away.

Charge it rent or teach it to type.
Maybe it's a teanager avoiding chores.

Large bore handgun.
May not atually get to hit it but youll have fun blowing holes in the building. If you do hit it, not much left to clean up.
