I am looking for the white panels Mac's use under seat and bunk cushions. On the M... (don't know if the X uses the same material) its about a quarter inch thick platic/foam material. I thought I read somewhere on this site I could find them at Homer's Depot or Lowes. All the "sales associates" get the deer in the headlight look when I show them a sample. I'm figuring its got to be fairly cheap stuff in a 4'x8' sheet. Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks.

Here's the supplier materials list....

I believe the PVC foam board is what you're looking for. I quickly googled and found quite a few suppliers. There's probably different grades. Here's one that's high-density expanded PVC foam...

Your not really asking about replacing these.... but if you are thinking about replaceing bent or warped ones, there are several threads that suggest using plywood ....and thicker plywood so that it does flex so much. I have removed all of mine and intend to bond 1/4 inch pieces to 3/8 or 1/2 inch pieces so that they not only sit down in the cut out (the 1/4 inch piece) but also overlap and butt up against the (3/8 inch) other pieces to give on smooth flat surface. ....cause I am close to 250 pounds and that plastic caving in when I kneel on the vbunk really bugs me.

Thanks for the reference to materials on MacGreggor website… that’ll be useful as my projects get into gear! But…
…Maybe I dreamt it. I thought someone on this forum mentioned you could get 4’x8’ sheets of something “similar” to this for something like $8 a sheet. I believe they mentioned something about shower stalls… but I can’t find it now it in the forum or at Lowes.
Break through - You’re right… I wouldn’t replace using the same stuff. I haven’t broke through one yet, but its way too flexible for my liking. No, I wanted this new stuff as a core material and place either veneer or maybe even the 5.2 mm plywood as the outer skins. Lighter than a ¾” piece of plywood, nearly as stiff… and it would be for walls, not load bearing floor panels.
