I'm not sure if they are a good deal or not, but MacGregorOwners will cut any size sail you want. Perhaps someone here has tried out their sails? They're Doyles so they should be at least decent.

Doesn't the cost become extreme when you're importing from the U.S.? Have you priced it with a local sail maker?

Hold on to your Train of thoughts, let me measure the Foot,Leech and Luff first. I am only assumeing I have a 110 because the clew comes back about 2 ft. aft of the mast. I will also tell you the sailmaker but have to unfurl sail first and that will be next weekend.
It is important to get these numbers down so it will fit on a CDI F2 furler.
(I assume you do have the CDI F2 Furler) and will give max amout of sail keeping your sheet lines inboard of the Stays.

Kelly Hansen C2000--I think it is a 110. Its a great sail at a very good price.

last year i buy a 130 jib from Aurora - sails here in Italy. The sail is perfect and works properly with my furler.
its the cheapest sailer all over the net .

You could contact Doyle Sails at Shamrock Quay, Southampton, they are the UK subsidiary of Doyle USA, who build all of Rogers sails, so they can easily ship one locally in UK.
Alternatively try Crusader sails (again UK) who will probably provide one from stock also.

I got a quote from Doyle in Southampton before ordering my new X sails. Their price for a standard sail, to collect from the door, was over twice the shipped, imported, tax-paid cost of a C2000 from KH in the USA. No contest!

I've got the new main, very nice, still waiting for jib & spin - hopefully soon.

I would describe my existing jib as 110%, as there is some mast overlap. I'm assuming the KH replacement will be the same. I'll let y'all know as soon as it I arrives and I get it rigged.

No on the 110! It will not point well because the sheeting angle will slightly overlap the side stays. Sheeting angle is measured from ( height ) centerline out to the clew of the sail. ( Base is the 10 feet from bow to mast. A 110% of the luff perpendicular will have a ( base ) of about 11 feet, height of 4 feet. A 150% will have a ( base ) of about 15 feet and a height of 4 feet. Get a 105% which will sheet inside the sidestays and point better. Next size up will be the 150%, nothing in between. I have been racing MacGregors far longer than, well, just say that I am quite old now. Have tried every sail, ballast, mast, rudder, rotating mast, roller furling mainsail etc. Trust me about this, anyone who sells you a 110 for your Mac, does not know the Mac! Just ask them to measure the sheeting angle and see what you get! They can however cut a large hollow in the leech of a 110 and it will sheet inside the sidestays. I tried that and it is a "maybe" for a cruiser but the leech will be too loose up high.
