Catigale is from Caitlin and Abigail....the worlds best 17 year old twins.
...and this is the year I gave to watch them fly the nest...I have to admit it is tough watching them do everything in high school for the last time....soccer, track, basketball, yoga...each event is special and yet bittersweet.
Caitlin knows I am having a rough time with it and asked me if she can help me fix up an old Beetle for Grandmother this summer. ... shades of Kevin.....
Since my first name is Ronald, cptron was the nickname given to me in the Midwest when I was sailing my venture 22. After watching the movie I liked and kept it.
After doing some bible study with the wife, we were reading how Jesus walked out to the boat and calmed the raging seas. Hence "Storm Walker"

I am terrible about taking this thread off target, but it seemed like a good time to mention that there is an old hull that was found in the muck along the shore of the Sea of Galilee (Lake Kinneret, as it is called now) back in the 80's dating back to Biblical times. It seems to be typical of the fishing boats used during the time that Jesus was preaching in the area. I learned about this when I was offering sailing lessons to some of the kids at my church last spring. The really interesting aspect of that old fishing boat is it dimensions, about 26-27 feet long and about 7-8 feet wide. Just about the same size as our Mac's. Neat isn't it?

My nick name at the academy 35+ years ago was spacecadet, after graduation it got shortened to cadet, when I went to use it as my first alias somewhere when the Internet first started cadet was taken so I used kadet and it has stuck.
Being a new to this sort of thing, I used the name of my boat when I joined. I bought the boat from a pastor in GA who had named it 'Heaven Bound'. I liked the name so I kept it. Not only does it describe my current status, it is how I feel when I'm out sailing so it fits perfectly.
Actually, the usual name I use on forums is Saxacussionist since I have the unusual hobbies of playing both drums and sax. A strange combination I know...
