Yea, and whats the TV that has the best viewing angle so that you can see it from everywhere within your enclosure? 8)

First issue is it an AC or DC TV? When plugged into a wall, is there a power brick in the cord (like for a laptop computer)? If so, this is a DC TV. Power conversion has associated with it what is called a power factor. For example, the AC to DC adapter on my HP laptop computer has a PF of close to 50%. This means that to get 50 watts delivered to the computer, I need to take 100 watts from where I plug in.
So, recommendation here is to power a DC TV on DC, an AC TV on AC (not with an inverter off of DC).
One other think to watch out for when operating a DC TV on 12 volt battery - it does not take much of a voltage drop to loose the display (personal experience - that is why I now use a laptop computer).

If we had a “do-over” we would go with a stainless-steel frame and deck hardware - instead of aluminum frame and plastic deck hardware.

Our boat came with a BWY aluminum frame dodger and plastic hardware, so when we made the bimini and full-enclosure we just matched it with aluminum frame and plastic hardware.

Stainless-steel is a lot more expensive but so much more sturdier, especially for the dodger going forward. I would re-do the dodger so there were handholds outside the dodger to hold when going forward. (where the yellow line is on the photo)

I would think mounting the TV on a simple swing arm or bifold mount with the hinge just outside the edge of the TV would allow it to be swung 180 degrees so it will face the companionway and be visible in the cockpit. That is, mounted to the forward bulkhead of the head, over the settee. I was looking at using a small mount I used in the admiral's office, but shortening the arms so the wall mount part is just outside the width of the TV with the arms extended.

So I'll get even more use out of my full enclosure, which was a major selling point when I bought it. :) 8)
