You are in Alabama as well as Stan and Bill, sounds like Alabama is #1, (no surprise there). A planning core group of 4 should be just about right. Waiting to hear from Bill and Stan.

Guys I am IN !! I am game for the meet to plan the meet. Maybe in late December. I would LOVE to come to Memphis and see Beale street. I am a big blues fan. I have to tell you though. I am pretty darn good at throwing a party. But I lack the experience to choose the sailing plan. I would need at least another year sailing here before I would feel comfortable choosing a route. But I am in for any help I can bring to the effort !!

Guys.......sorry for the radio silence the last few months. I have had some major changes in my work life. I now have additional duties that require more of my time. I do not see any light at the end of the tunnel until July. I wont even be able to attend a meeting let alone help plan. Sorry, but these last few years of work before retirement are critical as promotion means more pay; and more pay that is computed into the last 5years of pay for the retirement check. Accepting the position and additioal duty means an additinal 1000 bucks a month in retirement pay 3 years from now. Of course my luck is that when we start to collect, the economy will collapse and pension funds will die. But I have to try anyways. So I am looking at no time but for daysailing until July. My schedule will open up after that. This cycle will be the same for the next three years following for me. First 6 months of the year I am BOOKED solid. Sorry fellas.

Stan,
I fully understand...my SURS pension is quite similar - except that its the final 3 years.
I would be glad to watch your Mac26X for you, if you'd like.

Hello everyone
Looking for other Mac26 owners that want to meet up and plan trips, like to go to Pensacola Florida or Panama City Florida and Miami this summer, but first want to do some sailing locally. I live in Memphis TN
