High wind movie, 35+ and 20' waves

This thread was great to read and the movie on the Mac site phenominal. It is nice knowing that the boat can handle these seas, for how long in one stretch, I guess that will be answered by some fearless souls at some point. I have a 2006M and have been in some pretty good blows coming home to Squamish in Howe Sound. We have yet to sail to wind but downwind have had the boat doing 9knots, in I guess 5ft seas. Lots of fun for me, the admiral?....well she took it pretty well.

But remember guys and gals these were rollers about 100 feet apart and those days are far and few between. I was fighting 4 to 5 with 6s and a few much bigger and less than 20 feet apart! I would have loved to have had Mike Inmon aboard that day. I am positive I would have felt a lot more sure of the outcome!
