I would give you a Susan B coin for a chance to have one of these units.

Victor,
Keep up the good work and looks like you are almost there. I had a chance to ck out Demitri Beta demo at a glance. I know I need the higher X consel to fit the rod arm new steering.
Dimitri will be joining our Keys cruise and he has invited me on a test cruise back at Cayo Costa.
Would like to get a feel for it.
Dave

vkmaynard wrote:The first CNC cut of the remote control (also the wired control) case was amazingly perfect. No changes. The PCB fit exact. There is significant button support underneath the PCB. Missing component in the picture is a speaker.

Unit is very compact thanks to AutoCAD, InventorCAM and CNC.

The first set of pre-production electronics is begin assembled now. The remote powered up correctly.

So it's a money problem and if so, how much do you need?
This isn't proper site to answer that question.
Email me and maybe can help.

Not a money problem, just time to make it right with daily real life.

Victor.

However, I have a money problem so Dave if you'd like to invest in a 90HP white E-tec two stroke for me, and maybe the first production Maritech autopilot, I could pay you back with, let's say, ten years worth of steady thank-you notes?

Hi Victor...and All. It is a shame that dailey life kinda gets in the way sometimes  I am willing to pre-order/pay for a unit as well. I run solo so this sounds great for My :macm: Thanks. Ron.

I wish i were as smart as Victor - there are SO many gadgets i would like to have that do not exist right now for the MAC - like a throttle control for the ETEC module, and a wireless camera for the top of the mast, and a electric solenoid valve on the forward ballast tank vent and a sender in the ballast tank and and a tablet computer in the proper mount and size to fit in the area above the dinette next to the DB trunk that can read all that stuff too and also see what the camera sees at the top of the mast.

There are dozens of cool things I would love to have on 'boat' but i am not smart enough like Victor to make them.

It must be nice to be smart.
