Just to let you know the relay pump for this is under the hood on the pass/side right below the windshield mounted on the firewall their's a newer hooded relay avail. to resolve this problem . Apparently its a water or humidity problem thus the newer hooded relay !! hope this helps

I tow with (and daily drive) a 2007 F150 Super crew as well. This is my fourth F150 and have had no troubles with any for the first 100,000 miles. Smooth ride and big back seat so we use the truck more than the SUV. I run between 15-19 mpg on gasoline (bigger V8) less on E85 (naturally)

Hi All
New K&N cold air Intake Kit & Magnaflow dual rear exit exhaust Kit
This took out the hesitation from the original intake with baffles which causes a stall on a heavy pedal application Enjoy was done in the safety of a private yrd ! , the Magnaflow really sounds nice now debating on whether to buy an "Edge Chip " ! .

Looks like it's a tad under powered. I think it's time to drop a big block in. Then you can film it burning the tires all the way across the lot without holding your foot on the brake. :D

Oh Yeah ! would be true
If I wanted a race car I'd have bought a "Mustang" , but I'm just playing around alittle to get better fuel economy she's got enough "B's for what I 'm using her for "9600#" towing cap.
And yer gotta have a nice sounding exh, system !! :) :P

J,
I also have the slower BLUE one..... I have a 2007 F150 4x4 with the Triton 5.4L..city mileage was about 12 mpg stock...or 440 miles on a 36 gallon tank of fuel...
Image
Image
In search for better fuel economy I did the same: Magnaflow exhaust and the K&N air intake...
My results seem to be less mpg or same fuel consumption for city driving (not sure on hwy) about 400-420 miles per tank full now...
It does sound a lot better and It does seem to have more power but no more MPG...
I would not recommend the upgrade...cost about $900. HP gain about 20...MPG gain = 0
I like the bull bar!
I don't think I am gonna put the chip in ...I dumped enough into my quest for better mileage..maybe I should have bought a WHITE one!
If you put the chip in let me know if you see any gains.....
On the other hand my wife drives a Mustang GT with a 4.6 L V-8 and averages about 18-19 mpg with the same setup (Magnaflows and a Roush intake)...
I take it out every now and then to clean the carbon off the cylinders and to let it "breathe" a little bit....... and it handles like its on rails!....
She drives a little more conservatively then I do...
