If you're looking for crew, I live in Newport News across from Ft Eustis. My long term plan is to get a Mac in the next 5 to 10 years depending on how the stock market treats me. I'd love to have the chance to go out on one and really get a feel for the boat.

We have 20' Trophy that we run up and down the James, and over to New Point Comfort lighthouse.

PM me or reply if you're interested.

Planning a late summer trip from The Marina under the Route 50 Cheasapeake-bay bridge, down to Norfolk Virginia, and up the atlantic to Ocean City Maryland where I hope my wife has my trailor ready for the ride home. (2-weeks) Hope you guys arent expecting any Hurricane`s.

If anyones is around, I`ll be passing by. Hoping for a non-stop spinnaker run once out in the Atlantic.

A tip for mixing thick bottom paints, from Wooden Boat magazine. Place Hot water in a 5 gallon bucket and place paint can in hot water. Crack the lid just a little for expansion. Some boaters boill the water first. Dont place the paint anywhere near a open flame.

When's the trip planed for? We'll be just past Thomas Point Light House and would love to meet up with other Mac owners.

We park the Sea Dreamer (renaming ceremony to be around the first of April) in a little cove called Casa Rio. As we just bought our :macx: at the end of Oct. we havn't had the chance to meet any of the other owners but there are quite a number of Mac's about and I'm sure we'll meet them all.
