Rick :) :macm: You could commission the plastic supply company to make them entirely - but also, there were alot of guys working at the plastic supply place that would have been willing to do the cutting and finishing on those covers, if I had asked them the right way and confidentially. Lotsa folks are looking for side-money, especially at this time of year. It might cost a hundred dollars or so, just the labor, but they may be able to get the plastic at their discount, and do the work there on their own time. I don't know about MDR, or the rest of SoCal, but things are easy like that in Nashville.
Then again, what is there to lose,? buy yourself a 50-dollar belt sander and a cheap drill, maybe a jig-saw, and finish them yourself. Work is good for the spirit. 8) If you bark a knuckle, the boat will appreciate your efforts more. My X is happy when I bleed, either financially or corporally. So is my boat.

Well done and said - - - very funny :D

I pass on doing the work myself :? My Mac passes on that too :x
A sander, a cheap drill and a jigsaw would ALL revolt against me in no time :!: NFWJ (that's a Mexican expression).

Rick,

You may wish to contact S & W Plastics, in "Good Ole San Berdoo" at:

(909) 824 -9643.

If you bring in paper templates of the pieces, I think they can do the work.

I used to know how to cut and flame finish acrylic, but its pretty tricky, and I've lost the skill. Besides, I don't think I have the proper equipment anymore.

it is really not necessary to flame finish or polish the edges. They are fine left frosty from medium grit sanding. They are out of sight under cushions or carpet most of the time, and are on top of the white ?? gelcoat when visible in position. Why go to the extra expense and effort ?
