It works both ways you know!

Don't tell me either of you two don't like a little attention (ahem) also. :D

"Kevin, Oh MY"
"Stephen, Thank You" :D :D :D

Just so you know. I'm talking about a "thank you" for unrequested completed projects you do at home. What were you thinking? 8)

Hmmm...I thought marriage was a boatbuilding project to sail off to the life of your dreams.
Consider the boat shows as "on site counseling"! :D

Which is not too dissimilar from how most public works projects go! Just ask the folks in Boston. :D

We're quite happy with "The Big Dig" now that it's almost finished.
Going to the airport is no longer an overnight trip!

On behalf of Teddy and the boys...thank you all for the $15 Billion! :D

Dan - the Big Dig has to become the poster child for why we shouldnt have political parties...a Charlie Foxtrot of epic proportion.....we should learn to parrot back everytime a politician says "I got you ___________"

...And how much more did you take to give us _____________

"There is no such thing as Government money"

-Ghandi, while sailing a Mac

It's amazing how one little word can make a difference.
After 32 years of road construction, I now find out I was building a boat
What I should have said was: "After 32 years of road construction, I now find out I am building a boat"................. I do wish to make it to 33 years. :)

Ray,that's ok. You need the road too! After all,you need a way to get that boat to the launch for the sail of a lifetime. :)

I wonder if anyone here has been to the show yet? I plan on being there tomorrow from around 1:00 PM, but is there anything special we should see?

I can't report on what to see at the show, because my plan to attend today was altered by a funeral --- but at least it wasn't mine.

We will be there bright & early tomorrow - hopefully we'll run into you during the afternoon. I noticed a 3pm seminar on "7 ways to rig an anchor sail" that sounds like something very appropriate for the Mac.

I went to the show on Friday by myself to attend seminars. The seminars I went to were a waste of time.

The seminar from 12-1:15 on "Spring Commissioning Checklist for your engine" turned out to be for Diesel engines only.

The seminar from 1:30-2:45 on "Marine Weather Interpretation Skills" was so freakin over my head I almost fell asleep. I did learn that Hurricanes are not to be sailed in. :o

The admiral is going with me on Sunday. We may also go to the "Home Show", I believe it's at the Convention Center at the same time.

On Friday I went looking for a replacement GPS, but there was nothing to see. I bumped into a friend of mine there who was looking for something for his 37' sloop. He felt the same as me. The boats are nice. He has his eyes on a 42' Hunter. I'm still happy with my M 8)
