Looks great Rich - - - where do you put everything when sailing so it doesn't fall when heeling?

JUst go to photobucket.com and create a personal account - follow the directions to up load your picture...photobucket creates the correct image tag that you can just paste into a post here to include your pix...
It took me 2x longer to write this than the time it takes to do it!!!

Rick, all of the appliances are through bolted to the countertop so they stay in place underway and while on the trailer. With the microwave, I disassembled it and tack welded some threaded fittings in the bottom plate. I then reassembled it and fastened it down to the counter top with quarter inch bolts from below. It's all very secure.

Rick, you can achieve almost the same effect by using a couple of inch or inch and a half wide flat aluminum straps bent of fit over the microwave and secured through the counter top with quarter inch bolts and nuts. Aluminum is easy to work and you can make the straps using a vice, hack saw and drill. You can get the stock aluminum flat bar at most any hardware store. Just make the straps stop about one half inch above the counter top, so that the bolts can pull them down and hold the microwave tightly.

This is one appliance you have to be a bit careful with...you dont want microwave radiation leaking out from one of these things.
If you dont make any changes to the door you should be ok, you can also get them tested for leaks at Sears for about $5

Here are some pics of my prototype galley rack. I put it together on the night before a big trip and have been tweaking it over the summer. I will give it a total do-over this winter for something a bit nicer to look at.
