Mud tires are not great on wet tarmac, but maybe they can cut into the slime, better than a smoother tire?
My previous truck had All Terrain (ie no terrain...) and they did struggle with my old boat on the local ramps. On the other hand that's a heavy boat, heavy trailer and very badly balanced, with far too much weight at the back and not enough on the tongue.
After the first 2 launchings and retrievals I didn't even try, and just paid the nice chap with the tractor. Even with the tractor I've seen him wheelspinning and looking nervous...
