Sorry about the hole, too, Jim. Perhaps add a port to it and call it a skylight? :)

Actually, come to think of it, that's really not a bad idea... would add useful and free light to both the galley and head areas... those areas are always kinda dark with the hatch closed since the head blocks much of the light and the only light comes from the galley windows.

Well, it all came out alright. The inside piece was way too deep, and I had to hacksaw two thirds of that off, and wrap about ten turns of electrical tape around the fan part, so the inside part would fit snug. It sounds terrible, but the black dresses it up, its brighter, the fan works good. Another good job, well done.
