I can't get mine off either, tried putting a tourch on it ? ...the heat makes it expend..

I will suggest two things , Freeze Off most auto parts stores have it , it works were you can not apply heat. the other is water , put water in a spray bottle keep spraying and tapping on the wheel, water makes rust, and will weaken the rust tapping will brake the rust loose and more water will wash the loose rust away. Do bang hard just tap. One or the other will get it off.

Just get a puller. They're cheap and they work great. Used one on mine after 12 years of never being removed. For ease of use, drill a 1/8" hole in the center of the stud for the puller to sit on.
