I suspect this is now happening because of my aft batts r 8yrs old now & the more I was running them down it was taking longer than usual to recharge them so the alt was really putting out the amps or the batt charger was running longer to recharge the batts , was never an issue before unless I really run the batts right down due to leaving something on while the boat was not on 120volts "Hydro"

Any Ho gotta buy 2 new batts this season & install my 3 new 40watt solar panels which should help a lot when anchored & no gen on board
