LOL... DL..... That vid Is about 20+ yrs old. Those mullets will probably give Me nightmares I've been to every state and have had fun in each and every one.... I really have some great memories from Rush street and in Milwaukee from the late 70's and early 80's when I was stationed at Great Lakes Naval sta......good times But... There's no place like Home Regardless of where that is. BTW.... There used to be a club in Milwaukee called the Safe House.... You had to do some wacky things to get in....any idea if that is still around? I would love to go back there this summer while on the loop. Later. Ron.
Bobglas - home port is Gloversville, Docked at Northampton Marina on the Sacandaga, but the major attraction of the Mac/Tats over our Catalina is the ability to trailer it and experience new bodies.
While at Great Lakes, ever to to the Mouse Trap Lounge in Gurnee?
A real DIVE! Open 23 hours (not 24). They closed for an hour, hosed down the floor, and re-opened.
I think they used it as a model for the country bar scene in the movie "The Blues Brothers."
Thank Y.B..... I will check it out when I'm up that way...hmmm....If They let old farts in there anyway Never made it to the mouse trap Safe House and Remington's on Rush st. kept Me happy....I mean busy And they are far enough apart for Me to have been a typical young Navy guy Ron.
