I'm assuming you have a furler? CDI? If so you probably are aware that they would like to see a toggle at the top and the bottom of the forestay. The CDI furler and the Johnson Lever together allow movement in 2 directions so that might count but I still put one...

I do Sumner...CDI. I was planning to let the furler/lever be the bottom toggle, as you mentioned. I had not reconsidered the top, although it won't be hard to add one. It's just another inch or so to consider.

Thanks Bill. I haven't made the final "go" decision on this yet - but that's pretty much what I plan to do also, if I do it.
