"No-Sail" Zones?

I did run into one "no sail" limitation on the Gulf ICW in southwest Florida about a year ago. I am pretty sure I remember this correctly. I don't think any of the draw bridges would let you go through under sail power. You had to be under engine power. Perhaps someone from that area has more recent experience with that.

We had one draw bridge operator , in southern Florida ,who asked if we had the engine on when we passed thru . I had the jib out and the engine on a low rpm . I guess She wanted to make sure we had good control
