Thats an odd place to store your harpoon…I keep mine in the cabin next to the fishing gear

After a bit - those stored sails may not be any good - aging, etc. Consider selling them and getting new ones from JudyB when you want them.

We use our in trawler mode, and have the sails and mast stored against the day I decide to sell or even fancy having another go at sailing. I did try and decided it's not for everyone.

The is a great little motor cruiser, offering a lot more facilities than most motor cruisers it's size.

Use it how it pleases you, that's why you got it, I'm sure...
