If anyone can bring some wood, a grate to cook on the beach or anything else you think we need please let me know?

Re: Southport Sail
My wife and I have to leave town Friday to go visit her grandmother, so we will not be able to make this trip.
However, I fully intend on tailing you guys one weekend when you make the trip if thats ok?
Thanks again for the trip, it was great to get more experience sailing and see what its like on the outside firsthand!

Ditto on the weather...
Which is nice since I discovered a leaky skylight this weekend.

Latest Itinerary is:opie wrote:Can you post the latest itinerary just in case others may try to make part of the trip? Thanks. Arrrgh....
Friday- Launch from Southport Marina and hang around the area then head over to Bald Head Island Marina for the night with dinner at Mojo's.
Sat.-Sail outside to Masonboro inlet then have beach bon fire and cookout either on beach or rafted up on the grills. Spend the night on the hook. Bring your own food and drink and a plate to share.
Sun.-Sail back to Southport Marina load up and head back to home and woooooorrrrrrrk.
If we can get two more boats for Friday night then I can get us a group discount.
Surely we can scare up 2 more die hard MAC's out there.
Or are you too scared that my blue hull will beat you?

Hey, wait a second... I do believe I am the only native North Carolinian participating in the Southport MacGregor Extravaganza!
