I pay about $600 on Lake Michigan in Indiana. She sits on the trailer for the first half and then at mid season they drop the prices of slips in half. I pay the difference and enjoy the slip for the best months of sailing on the Lake. It comes with 2 parking passes, showers, Water, electric and a dock box.

Re: Slip fees
I pay about $2000/year including haulout and washing in the fall and launch in the spring, winter storage, club membership fees, slip with power, and my obligatory $300(which it was just that) spending at the bar.
The slip fee which is include in that is $800 which could be cut down to $160 for a mooring.
Other clubs in the area are similar and others are much higher but with more exclusive stuff like tennis courts and pools that we don't have.
I am visiting family in Toronto and there is a "city" clubhouse for the Royal Canadian Yacht Club that looks like a bunker. Card access only and miles away from the water. They also have a swanky club house downtown on the water that I have yet to see. I will never be a member there as the fees run in the $20k/year area!
I visited the Miami Yacht club last year and found them to be about $2000/year for membership and mast-up storage. The Miami Beach Marina however would have run about $800/month for a 26ft boat - they have a 40' minimum or pricing I believe. More for the mega yacht crowd
So it does vary greatly even in the same geographic region.

Last year I paid $65/month (they had halved the price) for a slip at the Antelope Island Marina on the Great Salt Lake. They had hoses to wash off all the bird droppings and two pit toilets. There was also a small snack bar with irregular hours and unhelpful supplies. Other amenities include: more spiders than you've ever seen in your life and clouds of brine flies and gnats. lol

Spiders pretty much go with marinias.
There's a neat little electric thingy that repells spiders.

Re: Slip fees
I pay approximately $400 a year for my slip, membership fees and winter storage.
We are a military sailing club and most of the work is done by members so no large overhead for staffing, etc.

Re: Slip fees
On Catawba Island we pay $1300 per season (April - October) for 30 ft. floating drive out dock (park you car at the dock). Includes electric, water, restrooms with showers, heated in-ground pool, and picnic area. There's room on the pier by your dock you can fit a full size picnic table and grill rather than park you car if you wish. In the west end of Lake Erie, floating docks are a must as the lake can change in depth 3-5 feet in a 12 hour period when the winds are right.

Re: Slip fees
I forgot to mention: if you have a reasonably priced yacht club near you, a major benefit when travelling is that most have reciprocal privileges with other clubs. On last summer's trip we stayed the night at several clubs along the way for free because of this.
Facilities our club has which I also find great and would be good to look for: Ship-write shop on site for repairs and Coast Guard station.
Being a sailing club there is also a wealth of support, info, activities like races and instruction which add a lot. The first season I had the Mac I had joined a marina where I was one of 2 sailboats and that was NOT a good experience.

$900/month for the summer season at Tahoe Keys Marina in South Lake Tahoe for our
. We stay 3 months, so the bill is $2700. Sadly, the owners of the marina don't do a hair of maintenance, the bathrooms are usually dirty, and they charge $5 for a shower! The floating docks are treacherous, listing at an angle with rotting plywood and crossbars that have come loose. Have to be very careful walking out. The amenity is the lake itself. (Before we got the slip, we had to pay $1800-2000 for a mooring buoy. The slip is a huge upgrade.)

Re: Slip fees
Thanks for sharing that cost - now I don't feel quite as foolish for admitting what it cost us to keep our$900/month for the summer season at Tahoe Keys Marina
What that gets us, however, is a nicely sheltered site with direct access to the Bay, ~ 20 miles ENE of Baltimore harbor; plus 30amp electric, water, cable TV, live music on Fri & Sat nights, and access to multiple bath houses, a pool & hot tub, indoor/outdoor restaurant, and 3 bars.
