Yep will most likely stick bambo in my finger nails next January but in the mean time I will condition myself for the pain by hitting my head of various objects, busting my knuckles working on trailer brakes, and hooking myself with my fishing hooks. I feel this is a good steady work regiment to prepare me for the job ahead.

Also I forgot about getting ready for the mental challenge for this I have assistance for my partner in crime my wife. Between giving me a constant flow of honey does that do not apply to the boat in any way and then whenever I do work on the boat she challenges my mental state with phrases like " Is this really necessary", "Do you know what you are doing", and my personal favorite that requires precise timing when you are about 95% done with a project she will come out of nowhere and tell you how to change said project with a line the starts with "How about".

Sounds familiar... Hey, I'll bet your wife is somehow related to my wife!ROAD Soldier wrote:Also I forgot about getting ready for the mental challenge for this I have assistance for my partner in crime my wife. By chance, I happen to get today off - warm, sunny & a bit of wind... great day for sailing & maybe an overnight! My wife would rather spend the day cleaning the boat...
