Here is my current motor mount. It is very strong if the bolts stay tight, which has been a problem. Its not adjustable but really dont need to be with the xl shaft.

Pete - put on locknuts on those bolts, you can put a washer on them and bend up a flat to lock it, or use some 5200 to keep them tight??

I was down your way last week ( Topsail Island ) but my laptop is dead so I didn't know how to contact you. I was thinking about it though. I would've loved to come see your boat.
