I was just looking through the on line catalogue for BWY and they sell sail covers with Macgregor all ready printed on them.

How about having a sewing shop that does embroidery do one up for you.
I know a few places in Halifax Nova scotia were i live that can do it.
I bought my wife an embroidery sewing machine a few years ago and she has made all manner of decals
and embroidered T shirts for us both.
We have a mailsail cover for" Nanna" (25ft mac/venture) but it is in need of replacing, Ann is going to make a new one using the old as a pattern for the new one.
I never thought about embroidering the name of the boat on it till now, thanks I'll suggest it and I know she will go for it.
Will post a pic when its done.

Blow the logo up and Laser Cut - then thermal transfer?
