Sailrite Dodger for the M

Post by mattabbe »

Has anyone purchased a Sailrite dodger? Was it relatively easy to make? What do you think? Would you purchase one again?

I got the frame from them several years back along with the CD on how to make a dodger. I followed most of the steps on the CD and added some features I wanted. Turned out very well. My dodger goes from rail to rail (lifelines)

It would indeed be nice to see a rail to rail installation of a dodger. I have my oversized bimini set up that way but had not decided on a perfect design for a rail to rail dodger that would allow quick forward movement for the crew in an emergency.

Incidently, I have to say that all my dealings with SailRite have been very good. I wouldn't hestitate to order anything from them.
