Mark, check the meta data tag on the page - Apple iWEB was the tool. That is a nice looking site. Of course that is hard for a Windows guy like us to admit.

You got it iWeb. Its a great application easy to use and update. This is a template that I have modified slightly. So the design is not all mine....
