Yep
Yes, It has positive flotation. Look at the two litlle dinghies that he has on the aft deck. Enough flotation to float any house I would ever be able to afford. One of the cable stations did a show on this boat. It was really nice inside. Happy sails, Tony

Seriously though, my guess is that they didn't want "ugly" cranes cluttering the boat's appearance, so they figured out a way to stow the cranes out of sight (perhaps those long, skinny objects next to the boats).

I was thinking they were on some type of big trailer that they move down the sloping back with a winch. Maybe the garage door in the back does something special to make a ramp? Seems like a big waste to have such a big boat and the whole back half is turned into a marina for a couple mediocre boats. Did this guy ever think of using the phone and lining up rental boats at each destination? New money! How pedestrian.
Maybe a mobile home and an old pickup truck on the back would be more fitting. Just kidding, nice boat. I didn't see how big the fuel tank is. I wonder where they refuel, maybe right at the oil refinery. I can't imagine that the average marina has enough fuel on hand to even move the fuel gauge on that boat. Ot maybe they just hail a supertanker for enroute refueling.
