Mac 26x list on Sailnet is a joke

Post by mgg4 »

I have recently joined the growing list of people who have gotten fed up with the junk (other might use different words here, and I won't debate them on their choice) on the Mac26x-list@sailnet.net. So, my question is, how many others are out there lurking on this board?

My apologies is this seems gauche to talk about a different list on this board. I just thought this might be an appropriate forum. If I've violated some rule somewhere, let me know.

I used to enjoy it but I found that there was far too much bickering and non useful speculation about foolish ideas regarding the boat

I get many emails from different souces. It is impossible to absorb them all. Sailnet wasn't worth it so I discountined the automatic emails from them and have not monitored the site since.

I have never posted but do receive the emails from the list.
I delete the ones I do not want to read. I have saved several for future reference.
