Those numbers give an impressive example of how large that lake is; 16,000,000,000. gallons of water (50,566,589,0000.liters), raises the lake 6” (15.24 cm)

I have to remind myself on a regular basis how much water is in Lake Michigan - never mind the entire Great Lakes. Never mind Niagra Falls.
