Quick pin direction
I got a boarding ladder from BWY. Dumb question I bet but should the ring go to the inside or outside? Both ways seem wrong to me

Re: Quick pin direction
I can't see what difference it would make.
The key to inner peace is to admit you have a problem and leave it at that.

I’d go outside, solely for the reason that it should be less likely to snag a little toe when someone is using the ladder.

Re: Quick pin direction
I would go with this logic. Although I doubt it would make much difference.
So this is a side boarding ladder?
I'd be curious how it works. Mine is off the transom and is fixed.
I truly believe EVERY boat needs some boarding ladder or mechanism to get back onboard.

Outside it is!
Yes this is a boarding ladder. Works great for that purpose. Not long enough for the water of course, but I’m researching options to add a collapsible extension.

You and The Law, brother.
At least here in the Great White North it is mandatory gear.
