I stumbled on Sailing Zatara on Youtube a year or more ago and have watched a handful of their videos (unlike SV Delos, where I have watched every video).
I've got a really good friend and his fiancé who have several young children living aboard a sailboat while slowly completing Great Loop. They left Lake Erie last fall and have stopped a couple times to make money doing random boat and construction jobs as opportunities present themselves. The kids are learning all about sailing, working, and are being home schooled.
I'm hoping to jump aboard his boat for a few days somewhere along his journey.
