Small asym with a sock.

Anything above 160 AWA you will be faster with your Jenny poled out. You will not look as cool.

From 90 to 160 AWA will be your point of sail where it will probably give you more speed.

Has anyone put a spinnaker bow sprit (prodder) on their X, I see BWY has one for the M, but it says M Model only, not sure what the difference would be

The difference is probably the way it mounts to the anchor roller. :macx: 's didn't come stock with an anchor roller. They are an add-on accessory. And I am not sure if the roller used on the :macm: is the same thing.

We attach it directly to the pulpit, I'm sure it's not the best configuration, but it works pretty well

They're very different. And the aftermarket :macx: roller from BWY is centered, so you couldn't put a sprit on it without fouling the forestay chain plate, though I suppose some custom fabrication could get around that, like a C-shaped aluminium block to sneak around it, or even just a little fancy tube bending.

I put an anchor roller on one side and sprit on the other. The sprit could be removed. It was attached in 3 places, bolt through to the side of the anchor roller, bottom forestay tang hole, and stainless bow cleat. Used it for a drifter and spinnaker.

That's a clean setup. Got any close-ups of it? 8)

My anchor roller looks very much like the M roller, its offset to the starboard side, just dont have the rear lugs for the BWY bow sprit
