Blue Gel Coat

Post by mjgill1 »

Has anyone got their hands on a color code or some blue gel coat to match the mac? I have a 2012 26M and the previous owner wasn't the greatest care taker of the boat. It has a couple of gouges on the side that need gel coat. t\The other scratches I think I can color sand and rub out. I only need an ounce or so but imagine the smallest amount you can get would be a pint or quart. I want to get this done before applying the NG2 that I have. I plan on doing the entire gel coat in the NG2 as I have heard nothing but good reviews on it.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

For anyone who wants to know, I ended up calling Blue Water Yachts in Washington. They have the blue, white and even a couple of the tan. They have a lot of cool stuff for the Mac and lots of factory parts as well.

If you look closley on the Gel Coat cans in tiny print you will see the WHITE GELCOAT has "Racing Formula" on it and the BLUE has "Crusing Formula" once again documented proof the White is faster :D
