Ok. I spent a couple of hours tuning the riging today.
First point ...the Forestay is all Ok :P .... Yesterday I was measuring from the wrong point on the Bow but all good now. ... Mast Bow (Boe) is now set to 156"

I have the stays taut but not tight and the upper stays are slightly tighter that the lower stays.

Got the self leveling laser out tonight. Set it up on the ground in front of the bow and confirmed the horizontal level (which I'd previously set with a long spirit level across the hatch opening).
Then switched on the vertical laser and it traveled from the base to the tip of the mast...Dead vertical, no problem :)

Then I set up the laser on the starboard side, on the ground. Confirmed horizontal and the vertical laser drew off of the mast about half way up....

Considering its a 4.5" Mast I guess that means the top is leaning aft about 9"?... hope that makes sense?

All the best.
