I visited Cuba in March (no sailing or boating) of 2015 and had a great time, really fascinating. Sailing their is now in my plans, although not sure if or when. Thanks for the link.

There is a group leaving key west for Havana and staying at the Hemingway resort for a week .i know its this month .
