Thanks ! i had seen that little hole in the side, but didn't realize a small screwdriver or such was needed to release the fuse holder cap. Most of the time, no "tools" are needed to change fuses. Switch and indicator works fine (WHEW

). It is the previously vacant "AUX 2" switch, now used for the wire to the head which has a light and fan inside, and another fan (oscillator) run off that circuit and mounted at that outside corner of the head wall for the settee and galley.
It is really amazing to think of all the stuff to do to the boat, and most of the ideas i wouldn't have gotten, or not so effectively applied, without this board's collective knowledge.
